Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
